From mid December to the beginning of January our renowned pop-up bar is up and live. The Island Beach Bar is a cocktail bar and restaurant nestled on a beach of South Africa's only private island in Plettenberg Bay. We open up this beautiful and unique setting and invite our guests to relax and enjoy themselves - and let us handle the rest.
Crafting artisan cocktails from the freshest and highest quality locally-sourced ingredients to complete a menu with favourites from all over the world. Indulge yourself in a culinary experience of our soulful island-inspired food, enjoy our iconic Barbara cocktail, groovy tunes, and live music.

A luxury hideout created for daring souls who play by their own set of rules. Stowaway is a boutique restaurant concept targets discerning individuals who constantly pursue a better time than the last. Stowaway is set to provide unforgettable all-day upbeat experiences, previously unavailable in Plettenberg Bay.
CAUSAL FINE DINING
A simplistic menu (five dishes) to deliver high quality dining experience in a fun and casual manner. Interactive capes and sharing sides decentralise dining and increase intra-guest experience.
BOTANICAL COCKTAIL BAR
A menu designed to be unusual. Leaning on the island’s natural forest for inspiration, the bar delivers a mysterious botanical selection of cocktail drinks. Inside the jungle of all the islands lay mystery, ours are shaken with ice.

Pick a basket menu, let the team know, and we will drop off your basket (fully kitted with blanket and all). Explore the Island and find some of our hidden gems and make some memories. Don’t forget to tag us in the beautiful pictures you will take!
Our basket comes packed with goodies. Each picnic basket comes with a selection of local snacks that are best catered for two. Majority of the items are packed in small glass jars (120 ml).

Enjoy a sixty minute couple massage. You can choose a Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage or Sports Massage:

This is a whole-body therapeutic massage that works the soft tissues to create a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.

Searching for something to release and reduce tension in your muscles? We have the solution for you. Enjoy a sixty minute Sports Massage. A Sport Massage focuses on enhancing the flow of blood to tissues bringing oxygen to cells which aids healing. It can further reduce the presence of oedema in muscles that can reduce muscle soreness. So for all the athletes coming to join us - take a break and have a massage.
