We will share with you tools that you can incorporate into your everyday lives to lead a life of mindfulness and heart felt presence.
Post-Covid, we have all experienced some sort of isolation fatigue and we believe that it is now time to reconnect and restore with like-minded people so that we can bring the best versions of ourselves forward.

Your personal sanctuary surrounded by water is the perfect location to reconnect and restore.
A two day retreat focusing on being present. This retreat will create a space for one to take a break, laugh and relax. Give yourself a moment to anchor in the present and learn mindful tools that one can use in your everyday life. We have two available options private rooms and sharing for those that would like to bring a friend or loved one.
The retreat is a collaboration between Stanley Island, Meander Wellness, Sol Yoga Studio and Collective Womb. Sharing a common love for nature, health and simplicity.
What we have installed for you:

A weekend retreat for you to rejuvenate and restore.

Four yoga classes led by accredited yoga teacher Chels Mcluckie and Nix Jacobs

Restorative sunset boat cruise followed by a meditation on the water

Three whole food meals served daily
