MEET OUR FACILITATORS

Chelsey and Nicole are the retreat facilitators that will guide you through a weekend of vinyasa yoga, yoga Nidra, meditation and deep restore. These two share a common belief in the power of healing through mindfulness, movement and breath. Through their love for one another as well as the practice, you can expect to be held and supported in a gentle and expansive way that will allow for growth and presence. Both teachers enjoy the simplicity of the practice as well as the joy that comes with it. You can expect to laugh, move and breathe in a way that you will always remember. We can’t wait to have you join us!

Nicole has been teaching yoga in Gqeberha for four years and has had her studio, Sol Yoga and Wellness Studio for three of those years.

“Nicole strives to create the space in  class for students to explore their mental, emotional and physical well being while moving mindfully with the breath and rhythm of their individual body.”

Her classes are open to all levels and are infused with mindful movement, breath-work and meditation to support physical and emotional harmony.

Nicole’s classes leave you feeling relaxed, connected and full of gratitude.

CHELS MCLUCKIE

Chelsey has spent the last 5 years exploring movement, mindfulness and breath as a practice of life. With over 1000 hours in yoga teacher trainings and mindfulness courses, she has come to know that these modalities are tools that can facilitate our experience on earth.

Her approach is a combination of meditation, slow flow classes, vinyasa and restorative practices. Classes are designed for you to feel rejuvenated, expansive and free with the intention for your energy to spill off of your mat and into the world around you.

 

Chelsey teaches in an accessible, heart-led way that encourages being where you are with curiosity and attention. She believes that it is less about perfect shapes and more about the awareness of your body in space. The magic lies in observing.
