Plettenberg Bay Weddings Functions Garden Route

The Ludbar Manor is a unique wedding and conference facility on an exclusive island in the middle of the Keurbooms River near Plettenberg Bay.

It caters for up to 120 guests on a large outdoor paved area under the indigenous Milkwood trees in a stretch tent.

Other elegantly decorated venues to suit all personalized table decorations and décor styles are available.

Access to the island is either by covered ferry, private aircraft or helicopter.

We have in-house catering facilities with own caterers an option.

The island is fully licensed with bar facilities. Our honeymoon suite is included in the venue hire.

The private beaches, indigenous Milkwood forests, Keurbooms River and natural gardens ensure a wonderful backdrop for your special day.

The ceremony can be held either outdoor on one of the pristine beaches in our Beach Chapel with driftwood gazebo.

Alternatively it can be held indoors in the thatched roofed Kingfisher Lapa with includes lectern, red carpet, chairs, registry table and CD player for back ground music.

With the exclusive use of the island your bridal party and friends can be assured of an unique and memorable event. The wedding package can include a family and friends dinner and river cruise on the night before the wedding.

Accommodation for special guests is in 12 luxury en-suite rooms (4 star).
