Accommodation

Accommodation is in picturesque thatched cottages with double rooms (en-suite, rated for B&B or dinner.

There are currently 3 separate lodges on the Island. Each lodge has 4 individual bedrooms. Thus, each lodge can accommodate 8 people.

One of the lodges can be utilised as a self catering unit. Another lodge has bunk beds, so it can accommodate students or scholars.

The rooms are truly African style, manufactured from heavy poles, sleeper beams and face brick. The lodges are very cosy, comfortable, and uniquely designed to provide a memorable stay.

Our highly acclaimed meals are served in our rustic thatched waterside main lodge.

A separate bar, and TV lounge, coffee bar and braai area adjoins the dining area.

Accommodation is serviced daily and laundry done by our staff on the Island.
